Catch My Latest in Undercurrents: An Anthology of What Lies Beneath!

Good news, everyone!

You can read my latest short story in Undercurrents: An Anthology of What Lies Beneath now available where fine books are sold!

My short story "Guardian of the Sea" is about a bet between 16-year-old Michael Diaz and his father Andrés. Michael must spend a day on his father's deep sea fishing boat, and if he likes it, Michael promises he will help his father on the boat and put away his dreams of becoming a video game designer. But when they find a baby sea dragon, father and son must quickly use their respective skills to figure out how to save the boat... and their lives.

The proceeds of this book all go to the Don Hodge Memorial Scholarship. From the site:

Superstars Writing Seminars (SSWS) is an intense business seminar—a drink-from-the-fire-hose deluge of real-world information designed to help attendees better navigate the pitfalls of publishing—targeted to serious writers looking to break in or enhance their career. This seminar can be a life-changing experience.
Superstars offers scholarships each year to writers who would otherwise be unable to attend due to financial circumstances. Scholarships are funded by sales of anthologies published by WordFire Press (below) as well as by contributions from individuals. All monies received by the scholarship fund are distributed to scholarship winners in the form of SSWS registrations, without a single penny subtracted for administrative costs.
